Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
The short version: this site only collects what you type into its forms, uses it only to reply to you, and sets no cookies or advertising trackers.
Who is responsible
LeoDex is an independent web developer based in Italy and is the controller of the data described on this page. For any question or request about your data, use the contacts at the bottom.
What is collected
- Message form: your name if you give it, the contact you leave and what you write.
- Free audit form: your website address, your type of business and the contact you choose to leave (email, phone or messenger).
- Quote form: your name, your contact, the project type, the description you write and, if you add it, a budget range.
- Instant website check: the address you enter is opened once to produce the result. It is not stored.
- Language, game scores and achievements: saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers them. They never leave your device.
Why, and on what legal basis
What you send is used only to reply to your request and, if you decide to go ahead, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your own request (steps taken before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is never used for newsletters and never sold or passed on for advertising.
Who receives it
Form messages are delivered to LeoDex through Telegram. The site is hosted by Vercel, which also provides anonymous visit statistics without cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and an animation library from jsDelivr; like any web request, these involve your IP address. Some of these providers are located outside the European Union.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. That is why there is no cookie banner.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept only as long as needed to reply and to carry out any project that follows. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
